Premium LAND

We will choose Premium Land to create Yuugen Island. Premium LANDs have more benefits compared to regular LANDs.

• Premium LANDs are surrounding major partners or social hubs. This means that the LANDs surrounding that area will experience higher traffic from players, due to players joining the metaverse through these social hubs via portals and then branching outwards to explore the nearby LANDs.

• More traffic means more potential monetisation income through pay-to-play games or renting the LAND out to other developers.

• Another benefit of having more traffic is that more players will see any advertisements that have been placed on billboards on premium LANDs. Potentially netting the premium LAND owner a small trickle of income from renting out billboard space on their LANDs to others or directing visitors to their own online store, and so forth.

Monetisation of Island

In order to realise Passive Income for the community, we have developed several ways.

• We will create a game in the Tower Defens genre called ''Attack Zombies''. To join the game, the player must pay an entry fee ( $10 in SAND Token ). Yuugen Estate NFT holders will be able to join for free. As the project develops, we will be adding new games, so the entrance fee and profit sharing % will be changed. 80% of the income will be distributed to the holders and 20% goes to the team.

• Advertising on the Island. We will advertise and sponsor various projects or companies, both on and off-chain. 45% of the income will be distributed to the holders and 55% goes to the team.

• The Parties. Every month we will hold Parties for everyone. We will invite our partners and various influential projects to join us. To draw more attention to the Party, we will be raffling off valuable prizes: SOL, SAND, NFTs, $YGN Token, USDT, Yuugen Merch. Admission to the party will be $15 at SAND ( Yuugen Estate NFT holders will be able to join for free ). 90% of the income will be distributed to the holders and 10% goes to the team.

• Yuugen Island Rentals. Once we raise enough funds, Yuugen Island will be expanded and we will acquire new Lands to further monetise and rent them. Together with DAO, we will fill the new lands with life, creating interesting and fun places. The funds raised from monetisation and rentals will be distributed as follows: 50% of the income will be distributed to the holders, 30% will be distributed to the DAO Treasury and 20% goes to the team.
