• These NFTs will be called “Yuugen Estate” collection. These NFTs represent partial ownership of Yuugen Island. After the mint, we will buy the metaverse land Sand Box and build Yuugen Island.

• Holders will receive passive income monthly in SOL. But where does that SOL come from? The NFTs will be tradable on the secondary marketplaces. There will be 10% royalties for each sale. From the total royalties 100% of them will be distributed to the holders. You can also learn about monetising Yuugen Island, which will generate passive income for you.

• There will be 3 tiers for Yuugen real estate as well:

1. Diamond Tier: 20 Yuugen Estate NFT + 7,000 $YGN

2. Gold Tier: 10 Yuugen Estate NFT + 4,000 $YGN

3. Silver Tier: 5 Yuugen Estate NFT + 2,000 $YGN Holders with a higher tier will receive a greater amount of passive income (higher royalties %). The actual amount will be determined once we are close to the release.
